3 c. cooked zucchini 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can water chestnuts 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. margarine 1 box Stove Top dressing mix Combine first 4 ingredients and 1/2 of stuffing mix. Place in casserole. Mix remainder of stuffing mix with margarine and sprinkle on top of other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
