6 oz. spaghetti 2 Tbsp. margarine 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese 2 eggs, well beaten 1 c. cottage cheese 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/4 c. green pepper 8 oz. can tomatoes, chopped 6 oz. can tomato paste 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. oregano, crushed 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain. Stir margarine into spaghetti. Stir in Parmesan and eggs. Form spaghetti into a "crust" in a buttered 10 inch pie plate. Spread cottage cheese over bottom of "crust". In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and green pepper until vegetables are tender and meat is browned. Drain off the excess fat. Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano, and garlic salt. Heat through. Pour meat mixture into spaghetti crust. Bake uncovered in a 350 degrees oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the top with mozzarella and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
