3 c. oatmeal 2 c. milk 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. oil 2 eggs 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt Combine oatmeal, milk and sugar and let set for 10 minutes. Mix eggs and oil together and add mixture to the dry ingredients. Add baking powder and pour into greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
