3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
6-8 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. water
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. vegetable oil
Mix dry ingredients well. Stir in wet ingredients. Stir well.
Grease and flour a 13x9-inch pan or 2 8-inch cake pans. Bake in a
350 degrees oven. Cool on rack. (You can cut into squares and freeze.)
