1 yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. water
3/4 c. sherry
1 c. chopped nuts
Mix all ingredients, except nuts, with mixer for 3 minutes. Fold in
Grease Bundt pan or 13x9x2-inch pan. Pour in batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-60 minutes (bundt pan) or oblong pan for 40-45
minutes. Test with toothpick.
1 c. powdered sugar
lime or lemon juice to make sugar a spreading consistency
Prick top of cake with fork or skewer.
Pour glaze over cake while warm.
Sprinkle with more nuts if desired.
