6-oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
2 1/2 c. vanilla wafers, crushed fine
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. bourbon
Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler. Add sugar and corn syrup,
mix well. Stir in bourbon.
Mix walnuts and wafers. Add chocolate mixture and stir well. Let
stand about 15 minutes. Form into balls and roll in granulated sugar.
Keep in covered container for several days to "ripen".
