CARAMEL BARS

1 1/3 c. flour
1 1/3 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. butter (room temperature)
2 Tbsp. milk
1 bag caramels
1 c. milk chocolate chips

Mix flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, and butter
together. Press 2/3 of crumb mixture into a 9x13-inch pan. Bake
at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

In microwave safe bowl, melt caramels and milk at 30 second
intervals, stirring between, until smooth. Spread caramel mixture
on top of baked bars, then sprinkle chocolate chips around. Spread
remaining crumb mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
