MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIES

(Makes 8 dozen)

2 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. sifted flour
2 c. chopped pecans
powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla, flour,
and nuts. Blend well.

Form into balls the size of a nickel. Bake 10-12 minutes on
ungreased cookie sheet until just slightly browned. When cool,
roll in powdered sugar.
