PENN STATE ICE CREAM

(from the Smith's Diner cookbook)

1 1/2 c. Eagle Brand condensed milk
3 1/2 c. homogenized milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 2/3 c. heavy whipping cream
4 Tbsp. vanilla

Stir condensed milk into homogenized milk. Dissolve sugar in
mixture, then add cream. Add flavoring.

Pour into electric ice cream freezer and churn according to machine
directions. Makes 1/2 gallon.
