2 cloves peeled garlic
1/4 c. parsley
4 slices whole wheat bread
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lb. boneless chicken, cubed
1 beaten egg (or egg white if preferred)
Chop garlic and parsley in Cuisinart. Add bread, cheese, onion
powder, pepper, and salt and pulse until crumbly.
Dip chicken pieces in egg and then crumb mixture. Place chicken on
sprayed baking pan, leaving a little space between. Bake at 425 degrees
about 12-15 minutes or until crispy.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
