2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/3 c. milk
1 c. water
1 cube chicken bouillon
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Put butter into a 2-cup glass measuring cup. Microwave 15 seconds
to melt. Stir in flour, then milk, water, and bouillon. Microwave
2-3 minutes until mixture boils, stirring often after the first
minute. Stir in cheeses. Cover until the cheeses melt. Serve warm.
