Place a browning skillet in the microwave and preheat for 4 1/2
mnutes. Add oil to the skillet and place a floured pork chop in
the skillet with a meat fork. Cover with paper towel and put it in
the microwave for 4 minutes. Turn pork chop over halfway through
cooking time. (For repeated use of the skillet, preheat each time
for about 2 1/2 minutes.)
