1 puff pastry sheet
14 oz. Brie
1/2 c. apricot, peach or cherry preserves
1/4 c. toasted almonds, pecans or walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Allow pastry to soften. Remove top round of
Brie; place in center of 14-inch circle of pastry. Spread preserves
on top of Brie; sprinkle with nuts. Close top of pastry. Place in
shallow baking dish. Bake until golden brown. Serve with crackers
