1 (8 oz.) Brie 3/4 c. dried cranberries 3/4 c. finely chopped pecans 3 Tbsp. brown sugar 1 Tbsp. honey Remove rind from top of Brie, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Place on a microwave-safe plate. Combine cranberries, pecans and sugar; place on cutout top of Brie. Drizzle with honey. Cover and chill until ready to heat. Microwave on high 1 1/2 to 2 minutes (best to do this in 30 second increments, since it tends to get overcooked quickly), or just until cheese is softened.
