1 (10 oz.) can sauerkraut
1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 slivered carrot
1 (2 oz.) jar pimientos
Mix all ingredients together. Let stand in refrigerator to chill
thoroughly before serving. This will keep for a very long time.
