1 can sliced beets, drained
1 medium onion, diced
3 dill pickles, sliced
1/2 c. dill pickle juice
1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients. Chill for several hours to mellow before
serving. These will keep in the refrigerator for weeks. Serve as a
pickle or side dish.
