8 c. chopped or sliced jalapeno peppers
2 c. apple cider vinegar
6 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp. celery seed
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
Boil and simmer ingredients, except peppers, for 5 minutes. Add
peppers; simmer 5 more minutes. Remove peppers; boil liquid for 6
more minutes. Pour over jarred peppers and seal.
