20 oz. can crushed pineapple
3 (3 oz.) pkg. peach jello
2 c. buttermilk
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 Tbsp. peach Schnapps (optional)
Heat pineapple with juice; add gelatin and mix. Let cool. Add
buttermilk and whipped topping; fold in nuts. Pour into 1 1/2-quart
mold. Let congeal.
