2 cans tuna or 1 can salmon, drained well 2 c. chopped celery 1/4 c. chopped sweet pickles 1/2 c. finely diced apple 3/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts 3 Tbsp. grated onion 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper mayonnaise 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced paprika Combine first 8 ingredients. Add enough mayonnaise to moisten; toss lightly with a fork. Serve on crisp lettuce leaves. Garnish with eggs; sprinkle with paprika. Makes 6 servings.
