1 pkg. chopped broccoli
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 grated carrot
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
Cook broccoli, onion and carrot until tender. Add potato soup,
celery soup and cheese. Cook until cheese melts, stirring
constantly. If too thick, add milk until desired consistency.
