1 (3 oz.) raspberry Jell-O 2 c. boiling water 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling 1 (3 oz.) lemon Jell-O 1/2 c. whipping cream 3 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/3 c. mayonnaise 8 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained) 1 c. miniature marshmallows 2/3 Tbsp. chopped nuts Dissolve raspberry Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water; stir in pie filling. Pour into an 8 x 12-inch baking dish. Chill until partially set. Dissolve lemon Jell-O in the remaining boiling water. Beat together the whipping cream, cream cheese and mayonnaise. Gradually add lemon Jell-O mixture with the pineapple and marshmallows. Spread on top of the cherry layer; sprinkle nuts on top. Chill until set. Serves 12.
