1 large cabbage, coarsely chopped 1 1/2 c. shredded carrots 1 c. chopped green pepper 1/4 c. chopped green onions Dressing: 1 c. mayonnaise 3 Tbsp. sugar 3 Tbsp. vinegar 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. celery seed 3/4 tsp. dry mustard Combine first 4 ingredients; set aside. Combine next 6 ingredients; stir well. Pour dressing over the cabbage mixture; toss well. Chill until ready to serve. Serves 12.
