1 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Mix ingredients; bring to boil. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes. (Make sure
edge of boiler is bubbling.) Better if made one day and used the
4 c. strawberries
2 c. blueberries
1 c. red grapes, chopped
1 c. green grapes, chopped
Toss fruit; add simple syrup. Top with chopped mint leaves
