1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 c. olive oil
In a small bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Slowly whisk in oil.
Cover and chill until serving. Yields approximately 1 1/2 cups.
