MASTER'S EGG SALAD

6 large hard-boiled eggs
4 Tbsp. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 tsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. yellow mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. finely grated Vidalia onion

Peel eggs and place them in a food processor; pulse 4 or 5 times
until ingredients are finely chopped. Do not overdo it. Once all is
finely chopped, stop. In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix mayonnaise,
vinegar, mustard, salt and onion; add chopped eggs. Mix until just
combined.
