8 pieces chicken breast 1 egg, beaten 1/2 c. butter 1/4 c. olive oil 2 c. heavy whipping cream 1/2 tsp. salt 5 garlic, crushed 1/2 tsp. paprika bread crumbs Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dip in beaten egg; roll in bread crumbs. Saute in butter and olive oil until golden brown. Place in large baking dish. Over chicken, pour heavy cream mixed with salt and garlic. Cover with foil. Can refrigerate until ready to cook. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour. Dust with paprika before serving.
