3 c. chopped chicken 2 c. Monterey Jack cheese 8 oz. sour cream 1 (4 oz.) can chopped chilies, drained 8 oz. bottle/can red or green taco sauce 1 can Ro-Tel tortillas Mix chicken, cheese, 1/2 sour cream and chilies. Spread mixture over each tortilla; roll up. Arrange in baking dish sprayed with Pam. Spray enchiladas lightly with Pam. Bake at 300 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Add Ro-Tel on top after baking.
