3 chicken breasts, boiled and chopped
1 red bell pepper
2 yellow bell peppers
1 medium onion
1 c. medium salsa
2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayo
pkg. of flour tortillas
Chop bell peppers and onion; add to oil and butter and saute until
tender. Add salsa, sour cream, mayo and chicken; mix well. Divide
mixture onto tortillas and roll up. Place in baking dish; sprinkle
with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
