1/4 to 1/2 lb. ground beef or hamburger milk flour salt and pepper Worcestershire sauce Brown/scramble hamburger in the skillet, making sure it separates. Remove from skillet to drain, leaving a small amount of grease residue in skillet. Add approximately 2 tablespoons flour, mixing thoroughly with the grease over heat. Add milk, stirring constantly, until desired consistency is reached. Salt and pepper to taste. Add Worcestershire sauce, a dash of two, or more, if desired. Pour browned hamburger into gravy; let simmer 2 to 5 minutes. Serve spooned over dry toast. Very good with eggs.
