6 to 8 chicken breasts 5 oz. dried beef 16 oz. sour cream 1 can cream of mushroom soup 6 to 8 strips bacon Cut bacon into 1-inch pieces. Cook 2/3 of pieces; leave rest uncooked. Rinse dried beef lightly to reduce saltiness. Spray 12 to 14-inch baking dish with oil. Place dried beef on bottom of dish. Place chicken breasts on top of beef. Combine sour cream, mushroom soup and cooked bacon; pour over chicken. Dot top with uncooked bacon pieces. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
