4 pieces salmon Marinade: 1/4 c. packed brown sugar 1/4 c. butter 2 Tbsp. sherry 2 Tbsp. soy sauce Cook marinade ingredients in saucepan on low heat until thoroughly combined. Cool marinade and coat pieces of salmon. Leave skin on bottom of salmon. Place salmon on hot grill for approximately 8 minutes. (Can also be baked in oven at 400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.)
