1 lb. ground beef 1/4 c. onions, chopped 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 small can tomato sauce 1 small can mushrooms 1/2 c. buttermilk 8 oz. pasta of choice or toast Brown ground beef; chop while cooking to achieve smaller possible particle size. Drain. Saute onions while meat drains. Combine all ingredients. Simmer while pasta cooks (or 5 to 10 minutes). Serve over pasta or toast. If too dry, add buttermilk late in process.
