1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. sugar
1 can tomato sauce
5 oz. pack flat egg noodles
2 small onions, chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Brown meat; add salt, pepper, sugar and tomato sauce. Cover and
simmer 20 to 25 minutes. Mix sour cream, cream cheese and green
onions in bowl. Cook noodles and drain. Layer noodles, sour cream
mixture and then beef; sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20
minutes, or until cheese is melted through.
