1 lb. ground chuck 1 tsp. seasoned salt 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1 small onion, chopped 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 (No. 2 1/2) can diced tomatoes 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce 1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix 1/2 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese 1/2 c. drained cottage cheese 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese Season meat with salt; brown in large skillet. Add garlic powder, onion and pepper. Simmer slowly uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce mix. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Pour 1/3 of sauce into 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Cover with noodles; add grated Mozzarella and spoonful of cottage cheese. Repeat layers, ending with meat sauce. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 305 degrees.
