1 can mushroom soup 1/2 c. water 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. bread crumbs 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped 1 Tbsp. parsley 1 egg 1/4 tsp. salt Mix soup and water. Measure 1/4 cup of the mix and combine with the rest of the ingredients. Make into meatballs. Brown in a small amount of oil. When meatballs are brown, add the soup-water mixture. Cook in skillet about 20 minutes. Add more water to make more gravy while cooking. Delicious with rice.
