1 pork tenderloin 1 bottle Stubbs pork marinade 1/4 c. Dale's sauce 2 Tbsp. dry mustard Combine ingredients. Marinate meat in plastic bag for 1/2 day. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Place meat in pan. Cook for 5 1/2 minutes per pound. Turn oven off and DO NOT OPEN door for 1 hour. Remove from oven and let rest for approximately 30 minutes. Check temperature of meat.
