1/2 head cabbage 1 small potato 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. caraway seed 1 large onion 1 1/2 lb. kielbasa or turkey sausage 1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth Slice or shred cabbage. Peel potato and dice. Thinly slice onion. Cut sausage in 1-inch pieces. Place sliced cabbage in crock-pot; toss with diced potato, salt and seed. Add onion and sausage. Pour chicken broth over all; stir lightly.
