2 lb. cubed steak 2 Tbsp. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 c. vegetable oil 2 Tbsp. butter 1 medium onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, chopped 3/4 c. water 3 Tbsp. soy sauce 3 Tbsp. brown sugar 3/4 c. sour cream 3 Tbsp. butter Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika and dry mustard. Dredge meat in flour mixture. Heat oil and butter in a skillet. Add meat and brown both sides; remove meat to a plate. Add onion and garlic to skillet and sauté. Mix water, soy sauce, brown sugar and sour cream in a separate bowl; pour mixture in skillet. Add meat. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes to an hour, or until tender.
