TENNESSEE BISCUIT GRAVY

approximately 2 to 3 patties ground sausage
flour
salt and pepper
evaporated milk

Brown and separate sausage. Add approximately 2 tablespoons of
flour; mix with meat and grease over high heat. Slowly add
evaporated milk until gravy consistency is reached. If preferred,
half evaporated milk and half regular milk may be used. Salt and
pepper to taste. We prefer our gravy somewhat thick. Serve over
hot biscuits.
