1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 medium sized onion, chopped and pureed in food processor

Mix all ingredients. Drain two 10 ounce cans artichoke hearts and
arrange in greased casserole dish. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over
the artichokes; sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes,
or until bubbly hot.
