1 c. chopped onion 1 can squash, drained 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1 c. grated cheese 1 c. cracker crumbs 1/2 stick butter, melted 1 tsp. salt and pepper Add squash, butter, salt, pepper and milk; mix together. Add eggs, onion, cheese and crackers. Pour into casserole. Bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
