OKRA SUCCOTASH

1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 c. chopped white onion
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen cut okra
2 c. tomatoes, chopped
1 c. frozen cut corn
3/4 tsp. Lawry's garlic powder with parsley
1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
dash of cayenne pepper

In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook 3
to 4 minutes, stirring frequently. Add remaining ingredients. Cover
and cook 12 to 14 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 5 servings.
