3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. pecans, chopped
1/3 c. margarine, softened
Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla and 1/2 butter thoroughly.
Pour into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole. Mix all topping
ingredients together with a fork. Sprinkle the crumbs on top of the
casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
