6 tender squash
1/2 c. crumbled crackers
1 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Boil squash and onion until tender; drain and mash. Add cracker
crumbs, cheese, butter, salt and pepper; beat egg and milk. Mix all
together. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown.
