4 c. cooked sweet potatoes
2 sticks butter (room temperature)
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
1 c. corn flakes
1 3/4 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. brown sugar
3/4 stick butter
Top casserole; bake 10 minutes.
