SWEET POTATO SOUFFL

4 c. potatoes, boiled
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 to 3/4 stick butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mixture: Mix together sweet potatoes, sugar, margarine, vanilla,
eggs and milk. Blend with mixer until smooth. Pour in baking dish.

Topping: Mix brown sugar, flour and nuts; sprinkle on top of sweet
potato mixture. Cut up butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1
hour.
