1 (15 oz.) can Veg-All, drained
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 or 1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
Mix. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Crush 20 Ritz crackers; mix in 1/2
stick melted margarine. Spread on top of casserole. Bake 15
minutes. Double this (except water chestnuts) for a 13 x 9 dish.
