2 sticks margarine 2 1/2 c. sugar 4 eggs 3 c. plain flour 1 tsp. soda pinch of salt 3 large bananas, mashed 2 Tbsp. vanilla (yes Tbsp.) 1/2 c. buttermilk 1 c. chopped pecans Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Sift flour, soda and salt together; add alternately with mashed bananas, beginning and ending with flour. Add vanilla to milk and stir in last. Fold in nuts.
