1 c. butter (at room temperature)
1 c. sour cream
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cream butter until creamy. Add sour cream;
mix well. Gradually add flour; mix well. Add grated cheese; mix
well. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls into greased miniature muffin tins.
Bake for 20 minutes. Immediately remove biscuits from tins. Makes
about 4 dozen small biscuits.
