2 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
fresh or frozen cranberries

Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate bowls. Combine
all ingredients. Pour pancakes onto hot skillet; place cranberries
on top of pancakes. Cook until edges are dry and then flip. Cook
until golden.
